Job Summary: As a Delivery Manager with 3-4 years of experience, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring our projects move smoothly from concept to completion. You'll primarily focus on the operational aspects of project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and optimizing processes. Your ability to communicate effectively, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: - Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. - Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions. Stakeholder & Client Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, issues, and changes. - Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to all relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams. Team Coordination & Facilitation: - Coordinate efforts between various internal teams (e.g , development, design, QA, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration. - Facilitate regular team meetings (e.g , stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to track progress, resolve impediments, and promote transparent communication. - Ensure team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and project goals. Risk & Issue Management: - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary. - Maintain a clear log of risks and issues, tracking their resolution. Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: - Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure their effective implementation within project teams. - Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery processes and improve efficiency. - Ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client requirements. - Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal leadership. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope changes, meeting minutes, and decision logs. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field. - 3-4 years of proven experience in project management, delivery coordination, or a similar client-facing role in a professional services or product-based environment. - Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proven ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g , Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Certification in Project Management (e.g , CSM, CSPO, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation). - Experience in the [specific industry/sector of the company, e.g , IT services, SaaS, E-commerce]. - Familiarity with various project estimation techniques.
