Responsibilities :   - Architect & build data models in Teradata from scratch, for efficient reporting & analyses  - Build data pipelines for new sources of data (e.g. external data, data related to billing & payments) which may not exist in Teradata  - Take ownership for data availability & data quality/accuracy  - Design & develop tools to allow analysts to consume / access data more efficiently  - 80% Data engineering (SQL) + 20% BA  - Fully automate repetitive & manual reporting & data-pull activities  Desired Qualifications :   - Highly proficient in Teradata SQL, Hive, Scripting, Python  - 3 - 5 years of experience with dimensional data modeling & schema design in Data Warehouses  - Experience in custom or structured ETL design, implementation and maintenance  - Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code components
