About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing operational performance, supporting product and business teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily performance metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Airobot product and technology teams to support product analysis, enhancements, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with business teams to deliver ad-hoc reports and customer performance analyses.
- Manage and respond to queries from the Airobot customer service mailbox.
- Take ownership of onboarding and supporting new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Required Expertise & Skills:
Industry Experience:
- Prior work experience in the airline industry is essential.
- A strong understanding of various market travel document requirements is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills:
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify key trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Team Collaboration:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
