Role Overview:

As a Last Mile Lead based in Bangalore, you will be the driving force behind our final-mile delivery ecosystem, ensuring that our promise of speed and reliability reaches the customer's doorstep flawlessly. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including logistics operations, product managers, and fleet partners to optimize delivery performance. By leveraging data-driven insights and process excellence, you will directly influence customer satisfaction scores and operational profitability, transforming our distribution network into a competitive advantage in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate end-to-end last-mile operations to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels across the Bangalore region.

- Analyze complex logistics data to identify bottlenecks in the delivery cycle and implement corrective measures that enhance overall process efficiency.

- Manage and scale fleet operations by collaborating with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal capacity utilization.

- Design and execute route-to-market strategies that minimize cost-per-delivery while maximizing reach and service reliability for our end users.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.

- Monitor real-time delivery performance metrics and provide actionable reports to leadership to support data-backed decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale distribution networks and complex supply chain operations within a high-growth environment.

- Strong analytical proficiency in interpreting logistics data to drive process excellence and operational improvements.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with fleet partners and influence cross-functional teams.

- Proven ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced operational environment, maintaining composure and focus during peak demand periods.

- A structured problem-solving mindset, capable of translating high-level business goals into actionable, ground-level execution plans.

- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- 1 to 8 years of professional experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or supply chain management.
