Role Overview:

Lead the Knowledge City Campus and common services by making Vadodara a globally attractive destination by providing world-class facilities and infrastructure to all the stakeholders through self-sustaining operations, focus on cost and resource optimization, to delight both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management of Knowledge City Campus providing best in class Infrastructure & Services and upgrading campus infrastructure in line with corporate guidelines by ensuring safe work practices.

- Position the Knowledge City Campus as a strategic business hub with scalable solutions such as HVAC, Energy Management, Environment monitoring, Smart Lighting & parking, Seating, Fire safety & Sustainability etc.

- Recoveries from Various ICs / JVs / SBUs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders like government departments.

- Collaborate with internal teams across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions to ensure seamless coordination.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team, including direct, indirect, and contract employees, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Oversee compliance with regulatory, corporate, and safety standards, including labour, environmental, and information security protocols.

- Manage financial resources effectively, including revenue & capex budget while optimizing operations and resource allocation.

Key Interactions:

- Finance & accounting: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate procurement, vendor selection, and contract execution.

- Safety & Security: Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols.

- Infrastructure: Collaborate on project resources and workforce management.

- Human Resource: Design and maintain HR policies ensuring legal compliance.

- External: Coordination with Govt Agencies, Legal & Liasioning bodies (VMC, VUDA, Panchayat, SEZ), Customers, and Auditors.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Minimum Qualifications: Graduation.

- Language Skills: English / Hindi / Gujarati.

- Years of Experience: 18+ Years.

- Nature of Experience: Experience in handling projects, Strategic, Legal & Statutory Knowledge, Exposure to Cost accounting, taxation.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

- Project planning, Supply chain, Financial Acumen & Cost control, Quality & Safety assurance.

- Stakeholder Management, Decision-Making, Communication Skills, Relationship Building.
