Experience Required: 4-5 years

The Mission:

You will be the key driver of our global revenue growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and maximizing sales opportunities in existing and new international markets. You will own the full export lifecycle, from market entry strategy to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Global Market Expansion: Identify and target key international markets and clients to achieve ambitious export sales targets and revenue growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with global distributors, dealers, and institutional clients (Account Management).

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic international sales plans, including pricing, distribution channel optimization, and contract negotiation.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure seamless and timely product delivery and compliance with international standards.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in international sales, export management, or account management for global clients.

- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive presentation, and complex contract negotiation skills are a must.

- Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze market data, perform sales forecasting, and develop data-driven strategic export plans.

- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics software.

- Qualifications: Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or equivalent practical experience.

- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for business development.
