Position : Corporate Sales Manager - Media & Brand Solutions

Location : Delhi NCR

Experience : 8-12 years

Industry Preference : Media, Print, Radio, TV, Digital & Events

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Sales Professional with strong experience in media sales-from either print, radio, television or digital. The ideal candidate understands concept selling, can create integrated brand solutions, and is comfortable pitching to senior decision-makers in corporate and agency environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Sales & Business Development

- Excellent relation with corporate clients across Delhi NCR for media solutions.

- Generate new leads through market mapping, networking, and industry connects.

- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline among corporate brands and media agencies.

2. Concept Selling & Integrated Solutions

- Understand client marketing objectives and develop tailored, multi-platform media solutions.

- Pitch branded content ideas, property-based integrations, event-led campaigns, and digital activations.

- Work closely with internal content/creative teams to shape compelling brand narratives.

3. Client & Agency Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, media planners, and agency partners.

- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

4. Proposal Development & Deal Closure

- Build customized pitch decks, proposals, and integrated media plans.

- Lead commercial discussions and close deals independently.

- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for execution and delivery.

5. Sales Target Achievement

- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Track sales metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide timely updates.

- Analyse performance and refine strategies to maximize revenue.

Required Skills & Competencies:


- Excellent market relationships - ready for go to market from day one

- Proven expertise in concept selling and solution-based presentations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

- Ability to understand brand needs and translate them into media solutions.

- Experience working with media agencies is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

- 8-12 years of experience in corporate/B2B media sales.

- Track record of achieving revenue targets and closing integrated brand solutions.

- Access to major corporate clients and agency networks.
