Job Purpose
As a Graduate Management Trainee - Marketing, you will work closely with the CMO and marketing leadership to support and drive strategic marketing programs across digital, brand, and field marketing functions. This is a hands-on role with high exposure, suitable for someone with a creative mindset, sharp analytical acumen, and a strong interest in cloud, AI, and digital innovation.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate on content strategy - from case studies, solution briefs, videos to thought leadership blogs.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging of L&T Cloudfiniti's offerings.
- Support event planning and execution - physical and virtual - including GTCs, webinars, and analyst briefings.
- Work with agencies and partners for brand asset development, digital promotions, and campaign analytics.
- Help build marketing dashboards, ROI trackers, and campaign performance reports.
- Act as a liaison across sales, product, and strategy teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging B2B marketing trends in cloud, datacenter, and AI sectors.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication
Relevant Experience: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
- Recent or final-year MBA student with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and design sensibility.
- Passionate about B2B digital marketing, technology, and brand building.
- Digital-first thinker with proficiency in tools like Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Analytics (bonus).
- Creative, curious, and execution-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
