JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Business Development Leader to drive growth across our AI, Cloud, and Quantum solution portfolios. This role combines deep technology awareness with strategic selling and ecosystem-building capabilities. You will work across verticals, orchestrate client and partner engagements, and help shape future ready GTM strategies for digital infrastructure, enterprise AI adoption, and quantum innovation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Business Growth & Client Engagement:

- Own P&L for strategic accounts and lead opportunity identification across AI workloads, cloud transformation, and quantum PoCs.

- Engage with CXOs, innovation heads, and digital officers to map client needs to advanced tech solutions.

- Drive sales motions for private/hybrid cloud, GenAI platforms, GPU hosting, and early-stage quantum computing services.

Partnerships & Alliances:

- Build and manage alliances with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/LLM platforms, and global quantum vendors.

- Leverage ecosystem partnerships for joint GTMs, co-innovation, and capability expansion.

- Liaise with academia, R&D labs, and government agencies for grants and co-development in quantum/AI.

Technology & Innovation Leadership:

- Collaborate with product, delivery, and CTO teams to evolve solution offerings across AI/ML, data lakes, and GPU-optimized cloud.

- Stay ahead of trends in sovereign cloud, GenAI, post-quantum security, and domain specific LLMs.

- Represent the company at key summits, think tanks, and policy forums on AI & Quantum.

Commercial Structuring & Strategy:

- Shape innovative business models - outcome-based pricing, joint IP monetization, sandbox-to-scale programs.

- Drive consultative sales engagements, PoCs, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

- Support strategic planning and M&A evaluations in emerging tech-led verticals.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(Degree, training, or certification required)

- Bachelor's in engineering / computer science; MBA or advanced tech degree preferred.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

(No of years of technical & functional experience required )

- 10+ years of enterprise BD experience in AI/Cloud/Tech Infra; Quantum exposure is a bonus.

- Demonstrated success in complex deal structuring, ecosystem orchestration, and GTM execution.

- Understanding of AI/ML stacks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain), cloud-native infra (K8s, VMware), and quantum tools (Qiskit, Cirq, Xanadu).
