Specialist - MPR (FMCG) (4-7 yrs) - Store fill rate &gt; 95% for all key items as per classification - Reviewing of articles and liaise with Category (cross functional team) to ensure the right articles are captured. - Ensure master data maintenance with all relevant information to get a proper Auto Replenishment System - Review MBQs set in the system and align category on the same. - Proactively communicate with vendors to ensure vendor fill rates. - Call for specific reviews with vendor on a cross functional call. - Liaise with SCM and warehouse team to optimize logistics costs. - Follow up to ensure the COGS of item is optimized. - Find innovative ways to ensure that store fill rates as per targets are maintained. - Reduce the wastage / shrinkage in the percentage to an optimum level. - Sharpen his pencil all the time to improve overall COGS per article. - Co-create a model of high velocity for articles which are critical to store fill rate and sale. - Must know various MIS including dashboards. - Challenge the status quo. - Create SOPS and WIs to ensure a self-sustaining MPR. Specification : - Graduate in Commerce with MBA in Supply Chain Management is preferred. - The incumbent should have excellent communication skills. - A person with fire in his belly. - Must be a team player who provides importance to team performance than individual performance. - Excellent command over MS office including word and excel. - Should have basic knowledge of ERP preferably on an oracle-based platform. - Knowledge on FMCG products - Inquisitive to learn new things
