HR Analytics:  - Setup the HR Analytics framework and technology to enable use of advanced stats to analyse that produce Employee Engagement Insights and consulting support across leadership effectively.  - Enhancing the effectiveness of overall decision making for all HR related decision making.  Process Review:  - Pro-actively reviewing existing processes, policies and practices and ensuring that the same are aligned to market best practices while being cost competitive and efficient. For this purpose, the position is required to take up various project of Global or Regional scope and ensure timely completion and execution of the same.   HR Audits:  - Undertaking HR review/ audits across specific regions assigned to it and presenting a report of the same for the Business heads review.   - Active partners with the Head of Rewards in suggesting action points based on the findings of the review exercise. The review includes all aspects of HR and is not limited to C&B only.  Total Rewards:  - Defining salary increase budgets for the regions assigned and consolidation of overall group salary increase budgets for review and approval from the management.   - Successful implementation of all benchmarking initiatives throughout the the group. The position works towards driving consistency in the survey process and as a senior member of the team, provides technical support and guidance to the team on various aspects such as vendor selection, peer group finalization, use of survey data and establishing equivalences.  - Hands-on management of Executive Compensation, including advising on executive compensation trends to ensure competitiveness and program compliance.   - Supporting the Head in promoting LTIP as well as preparing reports & materials for the same.  HR Technology and Projects:   - Lead the HR Technology initiative to support HR transformation across the entire group.
