About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for core tech and data roles supporting a large-scale retail ecosystem. This role will partner closely with business, engineering, and product leaders to build strong, future-ready teams across data and digital functions.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end hiring for roles such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Application Developers, and Business Analysts

- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements, skill depth, and hiring priorities

- Drive sourcing strategies across niche tech talent pools using multiple channels

- Manage candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer closure

- Use data and hiring metrics to improve speed, quality, and predictability of hiring

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles

What We're Looking For

- 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within retail, digital, data, or product-led environments

- Strong understanding of data and technology roles and how they fit into business outcomes

- Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through

- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
