Landmark Group - Lead Business Analyst - Supply Chain/Merchandising Project/Python/SQL

Job Location: Divyasree Technopolis, Yemalur, Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid (Tuesday & Thursday - WFH)

About:

- Solid understanding of Retail industry and processes with expert level in Supply Chain Analytics areas (Warehouse Productivity Optimization, Control Towers, Network Optimization, etc.)

- 7+ years of experience in analytics with at least 1-2 years in team member mentorship role. Experience in Data management projects in Data Lake technologies and Data visualization tools will be preferred.

- Demonstrated people skills to develop strong connect with team members and personality to attract and manage top talent.

- Understanding programming languages such as Python or Pyspark with expert level knowledge in at least one.

- Proficiency in Python for writing functions, loops, and data manipulation.

- Strong SQL skills for complex querying, joins, and data processing.

- Experience with Operations Research (OR) tools like Google OR-Tools or Gurobi for optimization modelling.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as time series analysis, linear programming, and clustering.

- Good presentation skills (Storyboarding, public speaking and influencing commercial audience). Good communication and interpersonal Skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.

- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations.

- Master's degree in any quantitative discipline or MBA. Candidates from Statistics or Operations Research background will be preferred.
