Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare, review, and analyze the Profit & Loss account to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management with clear action items.

2. Annual Operating Plan (AOP):

- Lead the preparation and consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan for the business.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inputs and assumptions.

3. Accounts Receivable Management:

- Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections and optimal working capital.

- Partner with sales and operations teams to drive improvements in receivables and credit control.

4. Financial Modelling & Business Insights:

- Perform independent and demand-based deep financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Identify solutions to commercial and strategic business challenges through data-driven insights.

5. Performance Improvement & Opportunity Identification:

- Identify and drive opportunities that can significantly impact financial performance.

- Recommend grounded, action-oriented initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
