Job Role:
To define, develop and implement analytical solutions for improving business decisions of all business units (BU) in Landmark Group (Gulf/India). Advise business teams on a wide range of areas across various retail functions- Customer, Marketing, Ecommerce
Job Responsibilities:
Bringing in technical excellence:
- Bringing in culture of optimized code writing, adaptiveness towards open sources latest upgrades, alongside strong scripting understanding (R, Python, Pyspark) and latest updates on cloud computing and automated data pipelines
Understanding of server/VM/Could computing:
- Working knowledge of handling/setting up/working with Platform team to set up could platform for data pipeline and computation.
Data pipeline/Dashboard development and maintenance:
- Meaningful results to be pulled from the raw data and help business or clients make important decisions by identifying various facts and trends with the help of meaningful dashboards.
Insights Discovery:
- Be responsible for generating actionable recommendations well-supported by dashboards/ quantitative analysis to help business team address their ongoing problems.
- Present analytic findings & opportunities for improvement to business teams and summarize key findings, and aid in the dissemination of metrics throughout the organization.
Process Management:
- Automation of repetitive work and create strong data pipeline to give quick insights on campaigns and customer.
Accountability & ownership:
- Work with limited supervision by taking ownership of specific deliverables within a defined framework.
Research and Development:
- Be curious to be updated with latest e-com retail analytics trends and techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
- Handling and communicating effectively during requirement gathering, day to day interaction and helping them improve business through insights and inputs.
