Landmark Group - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain - Inventory & Quality

Role & responsibilities:

The person will be a Supply Chain Inventory Control and Quality Lead:

- Employee will be responsible for overseeing and managing company's WH operations for Home Business. Employee will play crucial role in quality control, inventory management, trouble/damage inventory control, supplier scorecard, and executing WH related projects and managing stakeholders across GCC.

- He should be able to understand Power Platform solutions, automating workflows, and delivering advanced Power BI dashboards with DAX expertise (Preferred not mandatory)

- Oversee daily Warehouse (WH) quality control functions (IPQC, OPQC, etc)

- Track, analyze, and reduce damaged stock across all territories through data-driven insights and targeted improvement strategies

- Manage Quality Control & Damaged stock-related SOPs and coordinate with Territories to sustain performance and prompt responses where not meeting targets

- Maintain and enhance Supplier Performance Scorecards using weighted KPI frameworks, tiering models, and management dashboards

- Develop SOPs, training materials, and governance frameworks to ensure standardization, adoption, and compliance

- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across Inbound, Warehouse, Quality Control, Reverse Logistics, Workshop, and Supplier Management.

- Ensure best internal customer/store experience via store feedback

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum 3-5 years in ground operations (warehouse), preferably in the furniture industry.

- Full-Time Graduate - Engineering

- Full-Time Post - Graduate MBA from a reputed B School (Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations) Preferred, Not Mandatory

- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and data analysis

- Ability to Negotiate well

- Ability to think logically

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive under pressure

- Must: MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI

- Preferred not mandatory: Power Query, Python, & SAS, Power Applications
