What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent requirements and craft scalable hiring strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, set KPIs, and oversee execution.
- Drive sourcing for contract-to-hire positions and build a talent pipeline.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track, report, and optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Manage recruitment partners, sourcing platforms, and job portals.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and employment laws.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors or masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, especially in the domestic IT space.
- Proven experience closing mid-to-senior level roles, especially for product companies (even via staffing firms).
- Strong exposure to C2H hiring models and understanding of product-based company standards.
- A professional who has worked in staffing firms, managing multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A metrics-driven leader with a passion for people and performance.
- Must be Hyderabad-based.
