Description:
- Key Accountabilities Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the firms objectives.
- Work towards culture and innovation and around events.
- Build and grow the firms presence across platforms (LinkedIn, twitter and other social media platforms etc.
- managing the LinkedIn profile for partners.
- Leverage podcast, interviews.
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar for campaigns, events, and thought leadership content and should have B2B experience Technology.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum reach.
- Press & Media Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses.
- Draft and approve press releases, media kits, and official statements.
- Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and media events for partners and firm initiatives.
- PR Agency Management:
- Liaise with external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of campaigns.
- Oversee PR deliverables and evaluate agency performance.
- Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with lawyers and subject matter experts to create accurate and compliant content.
- Ensure all communication adheres to legal and ethical standards.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in building social media presence and managing press relations.
- Strong networking skills with media professionals and influencers.
- Familiarity with PR agency operations and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in social media and PR, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
