- We are hiring on behalf of a leading tertiary care, multi-specialty hospital in Kochi one of Kerala's most recognised names in healthcare. Relocation support available.
- Lead end-to-end HR function for a 500+ bed hospital and partner with CXO leadership on org design and people strategy.
- This role will report to the COO/CEO and will be responsible for driving large scale strategic transformation.
Total Experience : 12 -18 years (minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role)
Industry Preference : Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma strongly preferred
