The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the face of LabStack to our most strategic B2B clients insurers, healthtech platforms, and enterprise partners. You'll own relationships end-to-end: from onboarding and performance to insights, renewals, and growth.
You won't just "manage accounts." You'll shape how healthcare partnerships scale blending empathy, analytics, and execution discipline to build the most trusted partner relationships in the industry.
This role includes regular client and partner travel meeting healthcare leaders on-site, understanding ground realities, and representing LabStack in key account cities. You'll see firsthand how our network powers care across India.
What You'll Do
- Own client relationships with top insurers, TPAs, healthtech platforms, and enterprise healthcare programs
- Translate business goals into measurable outcomes - activation, engagement, renewal, expansion
- Coordinate internally across ops, tech, and network teams to deliver excellence
- Build dashboards, review metrics, and identify new opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews and expansion discussions
- Anticipate risks, solve escalations fast, and ensure clients always feel heard and supported
- Travel periodically for client meetings, partner reviews, and field immersions across key markets
What You Bring
- 0-4 years in enterprise account management, operations, or client success ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or insurance
- Strong analytical grounding: comfort with data, dashboards, and structured problem-solving
- Ownership mindset you see the client's success as your own
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Hunger to build not just maintain relationships
- Willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face when needed
