La Net Team Software Solutions - Manager - Social Media

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create, curate, and publish engaging content on a daily basis (posts, stories, reels, etc.

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.

- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) using relevant tools.

- Brainstorm and produce creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and user engagement.

- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.

- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g , Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

- Exceptional communication skills and creative thinking abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

- Experience with video editing tools for reels and short-form content.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
