Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, with a focus on CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- CRM certification (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM analytics.
- English communication is a must
