Head - Business Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Business Development SaaS to drive growth and scale our SaaS offerings. This leadership role will focus on identifying high-potential opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of SaaS solutions while positioning the company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with SaaS offerings.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, establishing trust and thought leadership.
- Negotiate and close high-value SaaS deals that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated success in SaaS product sales (applications without SaaS experience will not be considered).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
