- Analyze historical data and sales forecasts to determine required capacities, labor needs, and component requirements.

- Translate marketing concepts into feasible technical specifications for production.

2. Production & Execution Management:

- Supervise the daily operations of VAS activities, ensuring production schedules are met in alignment with product launch dates.

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) or internal production teams to ensure execution excellence.

- Monitor production progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or material shortages.

3. Procurement & Component Management:

- Oversee the sourcing and inventory management of non-saleable components such as ribbons, boxes, specialized labels, and inserts.

- Work with the Procurement team to select vendors that meet quality standards and sustainability goals.

- Ensure "Bill of Materials" (BOM) accuracy for every VAS project.

4. Quality Control & Compliance:

- Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards for finished sets to ensure they reflect the brand's premium image.

- Ensure all VAS activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability guidelines.

- Conduct regular audits of the assembly lines and finished goods.

5. Financial Oversight & Cost Optimization

- Manage the VAS budget, tracking labor costs, material expenses, and overheads.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and "Value Engineering" to reduce costs without compromising quality.

- Analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) of specific VAS activities in collaboration with Finance.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

- Drive digital transformation within VAS operations (e.g., implementing tracking software or automation in kitting).

- Stay abreast of industry trends in personalization and sustainable packaging.

- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve throughput and reduce waste.

Required Profile & Competencies:

Education & Experience:

- Master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

- Project Management: Strong grasp of project management tools (MS Project, Trello, or Asana).

- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.

- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and assembly line mechanics.

Soft Skills:

- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between creative marketing teams and industrial operations.

- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for aesthetic quality and precision.

- Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams or external vendors.
