We have a suitable position of Multi-Div Marketing Effectiveness Lead in the CDMO function reporting to the Head - Consumer & Market Insights, L'Oreal India. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing measurement frameworks for key strategic projects and drive a full funnel consumer journey with our BETs (Beauty engagement touchpoints) at L'Oral India.
You should have a minimum of 9-10 years of relevant work experience preferably with FMCG Analytics functions / Research Agencies. The location of the job will be in Mumbai - HO.
Key Responsibilities:
MEASUREMENT STRATEGY & DATA INTEGRITY:
- Define and drive the overall Group measurement and effectiveness program, working alongside BetIQ and our brands/divisions
- Ensure data integrity and methodology is accurate, consistent, and reliable across all media platform testing and measurement
COLLABORATION & PERFORMANCE:
- Work closely with internal teams, especially CMI, to ensure marketing planning is data-driven and aligned with overall objectives, leveraging insights from BetIQ and other key learnings
- Monitor key performance indicators to guide decision-making and enhance future campaigns, using both BetIQ and traditional measurement method
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & INSIGHTS:
- Provide actionable insights from MMMs (mixed media measurement), BetIQ, and other data sources to optimize media strategies and ensure data-informed decision-making
- Stay updated on the latest measurement tools and methodologies, including BetIQ, to refine and advance the evaluation process alongside the Global BetIQ team
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in measurement and analytics.
- Experience running mixed-media measurement projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across cross functional teams and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in ambiguity.
Education:
- MBA / Masters
