We have a suitable opportunity in the Professional Products Division for the position of Online Commercial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Commercial Controlling for Online Channel (E-Commerce and DTC) as Finance Business Partner. The Candidate should have 3-5 years of professional experience in FMCG sector. The location of the job will be Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- End to end responsibility for driving Channel P&L with long term horizon.

- Full understanding of system flows and financial impact of all business decisions.

- Business Partnering with Commercial Teams to enable them to achieve business results and objectives.

- Driving RGM for your channel and finding ways to optimize spends.

Key Deliverables:

- Driving implementation of Commercial Processes and ensure strict compliance.

- Provide timely analysis and inputs to Division and Functional Leadership team.

- Preparation and presentation of Trends and Budgets along with analysis.

- Ensuring completion of Statutory Audit and Group Internal Audit in a satisfactory manner.

- Working on Complex and Value Creation Projects.

- Monthly End Closing and Reporting.

Key Competencies:

- Must be able to integrate with the Commercial Teams, Brand Teams and other Cross functional teams.

- Must have complete understanding of FMCG Commercial working environment.

- Must have working knowledge of SAP ERP and business tools.

- Act as an enabler and be Solution oriented.

- Agility and adaptability to evolving business environment.

- Act as a business partner.

- Demonstrate high level of accuracy and respect to timelines.

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel) - Travel will be need based.

Education - Chartered Accountant or MBA from Premier Institution.
