JOB DESCRIPTION: Instititutional Manager
The Key Job Responsibilities of this role includes:
- The person would be the single point contact for L'OREAL India CPD for Institutional Business
- Developing the business AOP plan annually and quarterly for the cluster of accounts handled and executing the same to achieve the monthly & quarterly
- Prospecting, collaboration and networking for B2B sales/ institutional channel - which includes consumer offers, corporate activities and specific gifting-based distributors.
- Working with the internal teams (supply chain, controls and finance) and external teams to process sales orders, pricing, SKU codes, manage stocks for supplies and track/ follow-up
- Working with Marketing / SDM teams for specific promotions planning, business planning and stock management.
- The job also requires travelling across the country to visit markets & distributors.
Key Deliverables
- Target achievement: Monthly and yearly business targets of turnover
- Building new institutional client base for prospecting new opportunities
- Delivering value targets and achieving the specified gross margin objectives
- Working cohesively with other functions and collaborating constructively
