We have a suitable position of Head - Retail Media in the CDMO function at L'Oreal India. This position holder will be responsible to build, implement and activate the media strategy with the divisions / brands & zones / countries and drive a full funnel consumer journey with our BETs (Beauty engagement touchpoints).

The position will report into Head - Media of L'Oreal India.

You should have 10-12 years of experience in media and/or performance media and digital marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai - HO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RETAIL MEDIA STRATEGY & GOVERNANCE:

- Define and drive the L'Oreal IN Retail Media Strategy and Governance

- Driver of key retail media projects across key e-tailer partners and internal global tools for creating media efficiency and effectiveness.

- Anchor retail media JBPs with top e-tailers for L'Oreal IN

- Develop clear KPIs and priorities for decision making on retail media

DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING & PERFORMANCE:

- Ensure 2P Retail Media data strategy and govern 'Fair Value' for L'Oreal IN

- Monitor key performance indicators to guide retail media investment decision-making and enhance future campaigns to drive business objectives

COLLABORATION & CAPABILITY BUILDING:

- Work closely with Division e-commerce commercial and media leads to achieve division priorities while ensuring overall L'Oreal IN priorities and objectives are met

- Build best in class ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders

- Lead performance media upskilling sessions and tribe animation across divisions

- Play a key role in the country's Digital Transformation journey.

REQUIREMENTS

- Min 10 Years of experience in media and digital marketing. CPG brands preferred.

- Ability to translate theoretical guidelines into actionable recommendations.

- Matrix organization management along with superior stakeholder management skills

- Project management at scale

Education:

- MBA / Masters
