Reports to: Multi-Div E-Commerce GM

Scope of Work:

- Build and maintain dashboards to promote online sales excellence and development through key metrics aligned with business strategy, that supports overall eCommerce vision for L'Oreal India: Market + business evolution + operational metrics

- Analyze e-commerce performance to identify revenue opportunities, diagnose challenges, and develop solutions that optimize ways of working, close operational gaps, and build the case for enhanced capabilities

- Work with eComm GM & CMI to analyse market and define strategic growth areas client/category.


- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform the development of the E-Commerce roadmap, focusing on enhancing the online consumer journey, improving customer lifetime value, and building brand loyalty

- Lead efforts to accelerate profitable E-Commerce growth, providing strategic direction, developing and implementing growth initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives

- Bridge commercial, activation, PDP/content integrity, consumer data and profitability

- Support Multi-Div and Division E-commerce teams in structuring and communicating their roadmaps to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration

- Ensure business performance analytics are integrated into E-Commerce strategy, influencing commercial and sales planning processes

- Leverage external support - SVC, data quality centre, CDAO, global tools OSA, etc.

- Create ad hoc analysis to answer to business questions and to provide strategic input
