Job title: Head of E-Com _ Quick Commerce and New Biz E-Com Head

Reports to : Multi-Div E-Commerce GM

Works with : Multi-Div E-Commerce Team, Division E-Commerce Heads, Brand GMs, Country CDMO

Scope of Work:

- Identifying and pioneering the strategic vision and roadmap for New E-Com business models -including quick commerce - to address growth reservoirs for Divisions and Brands that will unlock new potentials for sustainable E-Commerce growth, market share, and profitability across divisions.

- Frame & Leadership:- Build a comprehensive frame and strategic country roadmap for Quick Commerce and New Business Models and proactively identify further new business opportunities.

- Customer Partnership: Manage and expand relationships with existing partners and lead top-to-top negotiations. Build strong, collaborative relationships with new partners to unlock mutual growth opportunities and pioneer new e-commerce initiatives across all divisions.

- Business Growth: Work in close cooperation with the Division e-commerce teams for activation and revenue growth management by seizing and identifying new trends, test and learn, and executing impactful e-commerce campaigns.

- Enablement: Lead internal and external stakeholders to build and adapt tools, systems, reports and ways of working (IT, OPS, Data etc.) that will ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

- Strategic business leader with a deep understanding of the digital retail ecosystem.

- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the Quick Commerce and New business models.

- Proven ability to build and execute growth strategies and foster high-level customer relationships.

- Commercial Leader / Platform Expert / Tribe Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

- Beyond a commercial leader, this is about driving partnership through a One Loreal story and being an expert in the platform across all elements from business to content to activation

- In quickcommerce - take us and keep us at the leading edge of this space - both from a consumer POV, commercial partnership and operations

- Investigate new business models - new partners + social/creator/affiliate commerce

- Define pilot opportunities and business case, ensuring all divisions learn quickly

- Support testing to scale - and manage profitability and investment

- Lead the relationship with new partners in QuickComm but also new business models

- Lead and organise tribe across the whole business around the client(s)

- Coordinate all reporting and analytics - both business KPIs, but also market, PDP integrity and activations, + competition, from P&L to operational metrics.

- Consolidate and manage JBP process, planning, business reviews

- Connect with resources in Multi-Div CDMO team for expertise on content, media, data and activations

- Coordinate with supply chain and operations around forecasting + S&OP

- Coordinate all Multi-Div activations

- Be the go-to expert for everything related to the platform, share knowledge and upskill all business teams.

- Work with relevant, local, regional and global teams on deploying OA ecomm tech for client(s)
