JOB TITLE : AGM E-Commerce, Professional Products Division (PPD)

A Day in the Life
As a Tribe Head of Beauty E-tailers, you will work very closely with the PPD Brands (L'Oreal Professionnel, Krastase, Matrix, Biolage, Redken) in formulating the E-Commerce strategy for them.
You come with minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce. Prior experience in beauty, lifestyle luxury goods or services will be advantageous.
The location of the job will be in Mumbai, India.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)
- Delivering the topline target and growth for your set of platforms
- Managing the P&L for your set of platforms
- Build strong Joint Business Plans with your partners to deliver brand objectives with measurable KPIs
- Drive operational excellence across all key parameters of the digital shelf
- Build the roadmap for future growth of the business on your platforms
- Manage, mentor and coach junior EKAMs
- Candidate worked on Beauty Platform (Players)
This position reports into the E-Commerce Director for PPD

You will collaborate with:
- Internal stakeholders - sales planning, digital and brand marketing, supply chain, finance, global and zone ecommerce teams
- External Stakeholders - Category teams, e-tailer marketing and content teams, supply chain and finance teams
