We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Products division for the position of Product Manager - Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing strategy, new launches and overall category. 5-6 years of prior/relevant work experience in FMCG in a haircare or beauty category would be a pre-requisite with, on-field, sales experience as a good to have. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for brand management, strategy and activation for L'Oreal's flagship brand and category - Driving business growth to accelerate market share in a profitable manner. - The Role will lead the launches and push growth of Hero products towards continued growth and animate core categories / products of the brand - Identify untapped opportunities and spaces for accelerating growth with an innovation first approach - Concept-to-execution of full funnel integrated marketing plans and brand events - Online-to-Offline (O2O) Full-Funnel Consumer Journey Management: E-Commerce Acceleration, Digital & Social Content strategy, and path to purchase offline - Driving the brand's presence on all platforms (online and offline) and be responsible for influencing accuracy in sales forecasting, stock planning and design tactical offers for consumers Key Competencies: - Understanding of product & category - Sensitivity to mtier - Understanding of retail and indirect market drivers and shoppers - Reading, interpreting and analyzing data - Market research and ability to decode consumer insights - Ability to find creative solutions for in-market / consumer problems - Activation Excellence - Bring to life IMC campaigns and execute flawlessly - Builds collaborative relationships across functions - Communication & presentation skills - Strong drive & dedication Key Relationships: - Internal: Commercial teams (including field), Supply Chain, Merchandising, Media, CMI, R&I, Legal & Regulatory, DMI, Finance - External: Agencies (Mainline Creative, Digital, Media, Influencer, Activation) Physical Demands (e.g. % travel): - Travel will be need based Education: - MBA
