Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Regularly report on sales metrics and provide forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer buying behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise solutions like Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
- Existing network of enterprise-level contacts across sectors.
- Certifications in sales or IT products (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft)
