



Job Description: Manager E-Commerce Data Analytics
Location: Mumbai Head Office
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our E-Commerce Planning (Consumer Products) team. This role is pivotal in driving analytics, strategy, promotional budget management, and growth initiatives for L'Oral's e-commerce business in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Analytics & Data Management: Own and manage all aspects of e-commerce analytics and data, delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Budget Management: Oversee and control promotional budgets for the e-commerce channel, collaborating closely with commercial and finance teams.
- Process Leadership: Anchor internal cross-functional meetings and ensure seamless information flow across stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth Projects: Lead and execute initiatives to accelerate e-commerce growth, including AI-driven promotional tools, SKU optimization, and real-time offtake dashboards.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with L'Oral's global teams to implement transformation initiatives and adapt best practices for the Indian market.
- Agency Management: Manage external agencies supporting e-commerce operations and dashboards, ensuring alignment with L'Oral's standards.

Requirements:
- MBA with 2+ years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or analytics-driven roles.
- Proven ability to interpret and leverage data for business growth.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for scaling e-commerce in India.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and ways of working is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at influencing cross-functional teams.
