Project Manager JD:

Our stores are the most critical touchpoint of customer experience and the interior and exterior fitout plays an important role in it.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire store fitout.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Leads the entire retail fit out project from bare shell, design finalization to execution.

- Drive innovation and improve store design and retail fixtures.

- Maintenance of retail interiors, exteriors, fixtures and related.

- Build and lead a high performance team.

- Forecast resources needed to complete projects and manage team members in an effective and efficient way.

- Prepare the budget and the bill of materials and bill of quantity for each project.

- Maintain all project related documents such as contracts, GFCs, As-builts, warranties, etc.

- Maintain and monitor invoice submission checklist.

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

- Plan and execute interior, HVAC and MEP works at given projects.

- Develop and maintain rapport with contractors/vendors and/or suppliers.

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

- Define standard guidelines.

- Develop a robust maintenance schedule for the upkeep of completed projects.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years; ideally 10+ years of work experience in the field and 2+ years in managing a team.

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.

- Proven experience in handling retail fitout projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline especially from Retail background organisations.

- Must have knowledge in Commercial Interiors, False ceiling, POP, Partitioning, managing Site.

- Expert in Drawing Review; review, scrutinize, value-add drawings.

- Approve drawings in compliance with fit-out guidelines.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMCs, property owners, vendor partners, government authorities, statutory bodies, as may be required.

- Knowledge of project management tool, Autodesk Autocad and other interior designing tools.

- Project Management Expert: experience in activity trackers, documentation and formats for cost, time, and quality monitoring.

- Should have lead a team of fitout executives, civil engineers and interior designers.

- Deep expertise in space planning, fitout innovation and retail fixtures.

- Creative, design thinking and innovative.

- Strong communication skills, people and task management skills.

- Proven capability of handling issues, conflicts and a problem solver.

- Physically fit and energetic and able to travel extensively.

- Preferably male.
