Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planning Lead to oversee the planning and monitoring of high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The role will focus on ensuring timely delivery, effective cost management, and smooth coordination across stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Manage and track time, cost, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Prepare and analyze Budget vs. Cost spent reports, progress ladders, manpower plans, and material trackers.

- Provide support to the Construction Head by planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, arranging for resources, and coordinating design decisions.

- Prepare and present MIS reports, MOMs, RERA reports, execution trackers, AOP targets, and delay logs.

- Review contractor performance, actively participate in weekly review meetings, and follow up on action plans.

- Raise red flags for vendor non-performance, delays, and critical design/costing/contract issues.

- Track project progress, analyze variances, and report deviations with corrective measures to stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Generate monthly management reports summarizing project performance and key issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong expertise in Project Management, Planning, and Control.

- Strategic planning and analytical mindset.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office, and ERP systems for project dashboards and reporting.

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.

- Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
