Kumar Organic Products - Director - Research & Development - Specialty Chemicals/Active Pharma Ingredients

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Doctorate in Organic / General chemistry.

2. Industrial Experience:

- Experience in specialty chemicals or Active Pharma Ingredients (R&D)

- At least having 15 to 20 years working experience in developing and commercializing cosmetic ingredients and compounds.

- Good knowledge of different chemical reactions.

- Knowledge of R&D Equipment, Instruments, Utilities.

3. Manpower Handling Experience:

- At least managed 10 to 15 R&D team(6 ~10 PhDs handling experience)

4. Digital Knowledge and Experience:

- Experience in ERP system

- Capable of ERP data entry after training.

6. Reportee :

- Synthetic / Analytical , Formulation and Biotech heads team reports to this role

7. Financial Experience or Training :

- Ability to produce monthly cash flow using ERP

- Experience in Internal Financial Audit

- Experience in QMS & EHS audits

- Experience in costing (RM, Utilities, Manpower) via ERP
