Key Responsibilities:
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities, handle ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports.
- Conducts analysis of external and internal customer data utilizing database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet models (Excel), web analytics tools), statistical analysis software, and campaign management tools.
- Enable data driven decision making by measuring effectiveness through A/B testing, multivariate testing, time series analysis, etc.
- Deep dive available data to figure out opportunities for improving revenue and efficiency.
- Improve efficiency and agility by automating repetitive reporting tasks
What you will need:
- 3-6 years experience data analytics relating to eCommerce / online business / marketing/ consumer insights / online lead generation or similar areas.
- Understanding of analytical tools and techniques along with proficiency in SQL, Python and MS Excel.
- Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders
- Exposure to an e-Commerce and digital marketing will be a bonus
- Holds a B.Tech. or MBA degree from a reputed college
