We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and revenue growth initiatives through data-driven marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
This is a high-impact, business-critical role for a growth leader who can combine analytical excellence, creative strategy, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and scale end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other paid digital channels.
- Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives from awareness to conversion, optimizing each stage for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Own and manage the performance marketing budget, forecasting CAC and driving sustainable user and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align performance campaigns with brand goals and content strategy.
Performance Optimization & Analytics:
- Continuously analyze campaign data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and optimize performance against key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention).
- Leverage A/B testing and creative experimentation to refine ad messaging, creatives, and audience targeting.
- Build performance dashboards and deliver regular reports to leadership with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Leadership & Industry Expertise:
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, ad tech innovations, and algorithm changes across platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
Microdrama-Specific Expertise:
- Short-form video mastery: Deep understanding of vertical video formats and user behavior across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Viral content instinct: Proven ability to identify and amplify scroll-stopping and shareable short-form content.
- Monetization acumen: Familiarity with microdrama and short-video monetization models, including subscription, ad-driven, and data-led storytelling approaches.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, ideally within consumer tech, OTT, or short-form content platforms.
- Proven success in managing large media budgets and scaling user acquisition across global markets.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and leading analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in entertainment, OTT, or digital content marketing is a strong advantage.
