Description:
What Youll Do:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities via HRMS platform (Keka).
- Ensure a smooth and engaging employee lifecycle experience from joining to separation.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives, helping to build a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Partner with team leads and department heads to address day-to-day people operations, performance tracking, and HR compliance needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires to facilitate seamless integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams on policy implementation, HR audits, and process improvements.
- Contribute to recruitment for key roles as needed (approx. 3040% of bandwidth), focusing on sourcing, coordination, and onboarding support.
- Bring flexibility, speed, and a startup mindset to solve HR challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to recruitment and talent processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of payroll, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- This is a 6-month contract role, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
