About The Role:

We, at Kuku TV, are looking for an "Associate - Business" for a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends content development, marketing, analytics, strategy, and execution.

The role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven and creative business initiatives, primarily in digital marketing.

Youd also have the opportunity to collaborate with various other teams - data, tech, and creative - to conceptualize and execute growth plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree from a top-tier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS/SRCC/LSR or equivalent)

- Strong ownership mindset and bias for action

- Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Sincerity, trustworthiness, and reliability in work and relationships

- Passion for technology, storytelling, and consumer businesses

- High energy, hunger, and ability to hustle

Good To Have:

- Experience in startups or high paced environments

- Exposure to consumer, media, or entertainment industries

- Hands-on experience in digital/ growth/ performance marketing, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads

- Strong analytical skills - ability to extract insights, measure ROI, and build dashboards

- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and marketing analytic

- Knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI for analysis, reporting, and automation

- Understanding of regional and multi-language business strategies, including localization, market segmentation, and audience insights
