Brand Manager

Role Overview.
We, at Kuku TV (Indias leading micro-drama platform), are looking for a dynamic, insights-driven Brand Manager to help strengthen Kuku TVs brand as we work toward our vision of becoming the largest storytelling company in the world.
This role will drive Kuku TVs brand strategy and execution in line with company vision and growth goals, ensuring our stories build deep connection, recall, and enduring brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Kuku TVs brand strategy and execution.
- Sharpen Kuku TVs brand positioning, tone, and visual language, ensuring consistent brand representation across marketing, product, content, and partnerships.
- Translate company priorities, content launches, and platform initiatives into clear, compelling brand narratives.
- Identify brand-building opportunities, including integrations and partnerships, and execute insight-led, omnichannel campaigns to strengthen brand presence and recall.
- Collaborate closely with content teams to build strong brands around shows, characters, and IPs, and support major launches with brand-led narratives and moments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Marketing, and Social Media to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Use audience insights, data, and KPIs to inform brand strategy and improve effectiveness.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustained and authentic brand engagement.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in OTT, media, entertainment, or consumer-tech companies.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High sense of ownership with a strong bias for execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
