- Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless operations across the agreed scope with customers, in alignment with our retention + growth strategy.

- To be the single contact point for our customers, service providers + local/overseas stakeholders.

- To ensure the delivery of agreed service level for our customer through your operational leadership.

- To lead our third party (3PL) operations + other service providers involved in the entire logistics chain, contributing towards customers' supply chain objectives.

- To monitor performance trends + provide operational action plans in alignment with stakeholders.

- To support 3PL procurement for new opportunities, onboarding of suppliers/logistics service providers (LSP) for new businesses implementation + work closely with different teams to test IT platforms.

- To oversee all system updates within agreed service level agreements+ work closely with control towers to ensure seamless planning + execution.

- To support the driving of continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance + cost to serve.

- To define the standard operating procedures (SOP) + guidelines for the operations team to work with.

What we would like you to bring:

- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end logistics operations, supply chain management, or 4PL management.

- Proven experience in managing customer operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong knowledge of 4PL operations, procurement, and supplier onboarding.

- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and cost optimization.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance monitoring skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

- Ability to define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
