Job Description: Role Overview: As a Platform/Backend Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of our website, internal operation panels and reports & dashboards. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance platforms that drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of the product roadmap and communicating the product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and designers to drive the development and implementation of website and backend features and systems. - Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives. - Contribute to the creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance product usability and performance. - Conduct regular assessments of backend performance, scalability, and reliability, making recommendations for improvements when necessary. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies or tools that enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future development. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure. - Strong technical background with knowledge of backend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud services. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. - Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel. - Strong user experience and design sensibility and familiarity with design tools like Figma
