Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager - Compliance (Health & Motor)
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Filings: Accurately file periodic compliance returns with IRDAI and GIC.
- Data Validation: Validate all Health and Motor-related data from various departments before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Actively monitor and implement new IRDAI circulars and guidelines relevant to the Health and Motor sectors.
- Audit & Governance: Maintain meticulous, audit-ready records.
- Support internal and external audits and assist with Board presentations to uphold corporate governance standards.
- Coordination & Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for IRDAI queries and effectively coordinate with internal, cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the insurance industry, with proven experience in Health and Motor regulatory compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or a professional qualification in insurance.
- A degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance is preferred, and an LL.B is a bonus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Hindi, and at least one additional regional language.
- Technical: Strong analytical and resolution skills.
- Familiarity with AI-based compliance platforms is an added advantage
