KSB - Assistant Manager - Corporate Strategy

Location: Gangapur, Maharashtra

Job Description:

- Responsible for consolidating strategic measures identified in the strategy meetings.

- Ensure that each measure has defined responsibility, close-ended due date, milestone achievement, and tangible benefits.

- Responsible for updating the status of implementation of measures and follow-up for the same.

- Provide timely status reports to the management and escalate in case of any deviation.

- Plan periodic review meetings with key functions to review the strategy.

- Analyze and circulate various economic and business outlook reports.

- Analyze financials of key competitors and peers to benchmark company financials.

- Review and consolidate key business developments in domestic and international markets.

- Prepare presentations of Economic Outlook, Company Financial Performance, ESG activities, and status on key strategies for management.

- Responsible for business acquisitions by analysis of past performance of the company for valuation based on future outlook.

- Carry out due diligence, prioritize target companies, and coordinate for the approval process.
