Job Description : - Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies, for hardware components like Computers, CCTV's, Printers, Ups, Bio-metric devices, Cables, etc. and Software components like Microsoft, Amazon web service (AWS), BI tools, Anti-virus, etc. - Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products, prices, and services to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and budget - Maintain and manage inventory needs. - Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and ensure the best possible terms and conditions. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that the company has a reliable and consistent supply chain. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts and inventory levels and prepare reports for senior management as needed. Technical Skills : - Experience in procuring hardware components from market leaders like, Dell, HP, Acer, etc. - Experience in procuring software components from market leaders like Microsoft, Amazon, BI tools, Anti-virus, etc. - Ability to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the purchasing process from start to finish. - Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, including understanding legal terms and conditions. - Knowledge of supply chain management, including logistics, inventory management, and transportation. - Ability to analyze the cost of goods and services, comparing prices from different suppliers and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
