Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners
- Understand client needs and provide customized business solutions
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and business expansion
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue generation in alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Track and report on business development performance metrics
Required Skillset:
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales and partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in building and executing business development strategies
- Ability to think critically and solve complex business challenges
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong presentation and proposal drafting skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or a similar role
