Role Overview :

- As a Key Account Manager, you will lead direct B2B sales of Dhaara AWI to large industrial and institutional customers.

- Your focus will be on generating leads, identifying high-potential accounts, closing the sales of smart water management projects, and converting projects into long-term partnerships.

- This will be a combination of "Hunting" and "Farming" both.

- You will own the sales cycle end-to-end-from consultative and ROI-based selling to handover for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and convert large industrial and institutional leads into customers.

- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand water management pain points and position Dhaara AWI as a solution.

- Build ROI models and present business cases for water efficiency, compliance, and ESG targets.

- Drive enterprise deals by accelerating sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Utility/EHS Heads, Sustainability Officers, Procurement).

- Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, and Implementation teams for smooth handover and execution.

- Represent Kritsnam at industry events, conferences, seminars, and technical expos to build a strong pipeline.

- Track and report key metrics in CRM including deal funnel stages with details, win/loss rates, and usage expansion.
