Customer Excellence Manager - We are looking to hire a strong and motivated, Customer excellence manager to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers. - In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies for our Customer Excellence team to deliver world-class service to our clients. - You will work closely with clients, team members, engineering and Product teams, and other cross-functional teams. - The ideal candidate should have managed a team, be willing to extensively collaborate, and multi-task also with thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Responsibilities : - Build and manage a robust customer excellence team capable of delivering business and excellent service to clients. - Work on Objectifiable KPIs and deliver actionable insights for customer excellence teams as well as manage day-to-day support to improve team performance and quality customer interactions - Act as a knowledgeable and influential partner with Product, Engineering, operation and Advisory to optimize operational support to clients. - Strategically organize the Support team to align resources and talent to meet organizational goals; including hiring, coaching, retaining and building internal career development to retain exceptional talent - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Follow up on customer queries and handle escalation resolution after internal feedback & discussions - Coordinating with Internal team members to ensure the resolution of Complaints raised - Actively participate in strategy, planning and organizing work to optimize success criteria - Defining and tracking CSAT and other metrics that measure and define success for the entire - Have an excellent track record of success in scaling Customer Support teams, maintaining SLAs, and being a key player in revenue growth by increasing customer retention and satisfaction - Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast-growing and start-up workplace - Comfortable working with Heavy Data (for Reports, Dashboards, and Insights) Key skills we are looking for someone in this role : - 5 to 8 years' work experience in any financial sector like Banking, NBFC, Investment bank - Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction - Experience in people management - Strong communication and coordination skills
